HappyRobot raises $150M for enterprise agents

HappyRobot raised a $150 million Series C at a $1.2 billion post-money valuation after growing fivefold since its late-2025 Series B. The company’s funding announcement says it now serves more than 150 enterprise customers, with initial agents typically reaching production in four to 12 weeks and one customer automating 28,000 work-hours each month. That deployment interval is the number to file beside the economics of managed agent infrastructure: enterprise-agent vendors are increasingly selling the integration and operating layer around the model, so buyers should benchmark time-to-production and sustained autonomous resolution rather than accept a polished demo as evidence of value.
