Unitree opens a 40.45M-share robotics IPO
Unitree Robotics opened the IPO process for 40.45 million shares, or 10% of its enlarged capital, after shipping more than 5,500 humanoid robots in 2025. Xinhua reports that the Chinese company expects first-half 2026 revenue of 1.052 billion to 1.128 billion yuan, up 35.62% to 45.41% year over year. For robotics builders, the offering puts public-market scrutiny behind the hardware side of the 20x simulation-to-hardware testing funnel: commercialization will now be measured in shipped machines and revenue, not demonstrations alone.
