VS Code ships five releases for parallel agents

GitHub bundled five VS Code releases, versions 1.127 through 1.131, into a July agent update that adds isolated worktrees for Copilot, Claude, or Codex sessions, multi-chat Claude sessions, and live subagent tracking. The official release digest also lets developers review diffs beside chat and act on failed CI or review comments without leaving the Agents window. After voice made agentic coding hands-free, this is the less theatrical but more consequential layer to watch: mainstream editors are turning parallel-agent isolation and supervision into default workflow furniture.
