Simile raises $200M to simulate consumers

Simile raised more than $200 million at a $2 billion post-money valuation five months after launch, financing a platform that simulates consumers for product, marketing, and market-entry research. In its Series B announcement, the company says revenue grew fivefold while its human-behavior model ran tens of millions of simulations for Fortune 100 enterprises. The round puts a striking price on simulated judgment: operators exploring the economics of managed AI agents should treat synthetic users as a fast hypothesis filter, not a substitute for evidence from actual customers.
