Freehand raises $75M for supply-chain agents

Freehand raised $75 million for supply-chain agents, with Battery Ventures and NewRoad Capital Partners co-leading the round after deployments at Meta, Unilever, Pfizer, and Dunkin’. The funding announcement says its software acts across procurement and finance workflows, where enterprises spend $16 billion a year on software and $348 billion on labor that fills the gaps. Like the broader shift toward an agentic enterprise platform, the number to file away is not the round but the named production customers: builders selling autonomous workflow software increasingly need measurable savings and audit trails, not another copilot demo.
