Replit Design draws on 600,000 app screens

Replit launched Replit Design with access to more than 600,000 real-world screens from over 1,000 apps, using Mobbin’s reference library to guide designs generated with Claude, GPT-5, Gemini, Kimi, or GLM. The Replit launch announcement says the suite is live for every user and carries projects from moodboard and design system through a published app or site without an export handoff. For small product teams already weighing prompt-to-hosted-app workflows, the number to file away is the reference corpus: AI app builders are competing on grounded taste and workflow continuity, not just code generation.
