Copilot review opens skills and MCP to four plans

GitHub made agent skills and MCP context in Copilot code review generally available across 4 plan families: Pro, Pro+, Business, and Enterprise. The GitHub availability notice says reviews can invoke repository instructions under .github/skills, retrieve issue-tracker or service-catalog context through read-only MCP calls, and attribute comments that use either source. For teams building toward stateless, auditable MCP infrastructure, this turns internal standards into reusable review policy without granting the review agent write access—but every connected context source still needs a least-privilege audit.
